II. Scope

• No account registration is required.
• Tracks, watermark albums, and similar data are stored locally on your device unless you choose to share them.
• Location and sensor data are used only to display altitude, pressure, compass, and sun information. We do not sell this data or use it for ad targeting.

III. Storage

• Except for Apple system services such as App Store subscription validation, we do not upload your local data to our servers.
• You can remove local data by deleting the app or clearing app data.
